- The terms and conditions of the current policy remain in force and as a result, there is no change to the current way in which we manage claims.
- There will be no changes to staffing levels and we are continuing to support our Workers Compensation claimants and customers through the entire claims process.
For policies that will renew at or after 4:00pm 30 September 2022 you will need to renew the policy with another insurer.
Zurich ACT Workers Compensation policies listed as ending on 30 September 2022, by default end at 4:00pm on 30 September 2022.
For policies renewing before 30 September 2022:
- Customers can renew their policy and remain insured with Zurich until that policy expires. Alternatively, they can choose another insurer.
For policies renewing on or after 4:00pm 30 September 2022:
- Before the policy expiry date, we will notify customers directly or via their broker that we will not be offering the option to renew their Zurich Workers Compensation policy
Zurich will not accept new business that will commence at or after 4:00pm 30 September 2022.
